NRG Business Coaching – Terms of Service

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Before we dive into working together (or you dig into the content), please take a minute to read through these terms. They’re here to protect both of us and make sure things stay clear, respectful, and aligned.

1. Who I Work With

NRG Business Coaching provides business strategy, mindset support, and practical coaching services. This is not therapy, financial advising, or legal guidance. By engaging with this platform or booking a service, you acknowledge that you’re responsible for your own decisions and results.

2. Community Guidelines

Whether you’re reading, commenting, or connecting with others in the subscriber chat—this space is built on respect.

Please don’t:

• Post anything discriminatory, harmful, or spammy

• Ask for free coaching in the DMs or comments

• Republish or reuse paid content without permission

I reserve the right to remove comments or users who violate these boundaries. Let's keep it safe, smart, and real.

3. Coaching Containers & Commitments

All coaching services, including one-on-one sessions or digital programs, are subject to a separate coaching agreement which outlines deliverables, duration, pricing, and expectations. Please read it carefully before signing.

Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules are covered in the individual service agreement.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

If you’re a paid subscriber to built different., you’ll be charged according to your selected plan (monthly, annual, or founding). You can cancel anytime through your Substack account. Refunds are not available unless otherwise stated.

You’re always welcome to downgrade to a free subscription at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, downloads, posts, resources, and offers shared through NRG Business Coaching (including the Substack newsletter and coaching programs) are copyrighted and created by me. Please don’t reuse or repurpose content without express written permission.

Basically: Don’t copy/paste my work and call it your own. I’m cool—but not with that.

6. Confidentiality

I take your privacy seriously. While this isn’t a therapy container, any one-on-one work we do together stays between us unless you’ve given written consent otherwise. If you participate in public spaces like comments or the subscriber chat, that’s at your discretion.

7. Changes & Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. If anything major shifts, I’ll give you a heads up. Keep being cool and I’ll do the same.
